Executive Educator, Strategic Advisor, and Global Commercial Leader with more than thirty years of international leadership experience across pharmaceuticals, medtech, and life sciences. Throughout my career, I have led global organisations, driven growth and transformation strategies, managed multi-million-dollar businesses, and built high-performing teams across Europe, Latin America, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. I have extensive experience in commercial excellence, leadership, strategic marketing, business transformation, innovation, and value creation across highly competitive, regulated industries. Most recently, as Chief Commercial Officer of SIFI S.p.A., I helped shape and execute the company's global growth strategy, contributing to its successful acquisition by Faes Farma in 2025. Before SIFI, I held senior leadership positions within Alcon (Novartis Group), leading international businesses and complex commercial organisations across multiple regions and markets. Today, I combine strategic advisory work with a strong commitment to education, mentoring, and executive development.
