Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and high-level relationship management, ensuring a consistently high standard of service. . Conduct regular face-to-face business reviews with key decision-makers to identify needs, evaluate satisfaction, and propose value-added solutions. . Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (including sales, marketing, leasing providers, and BMW Switzerland) to align account activities with broader commercial goals. . Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities across geographic territories through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic contract negotiation. . Analyze client requirements and trends to develop account-specific strategies aligned with market expectations and partner objectives. . Ensure contract terms, pricing, and service levels support long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
