My brand of leadership is built on gaining trust through understanding stakeholders, taking a reasoned approach and being transparent. This meant my career path led me to product management, a role which demands that consensus is achieved to ensure the right decisions are made for the product. Underpinning my approach is a belief that hard skills can be learned on the job but it's soft skills that make the difference. I have demonstrated this with my success in Fraud Management, B2B SaaS, Knowledge Management, Management Information and most recently AI replication of manual business processes. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, discovering new music and jogging. I am fan of Dresden Titans basketball and an active member of their fan club, Forza Blue giving me a deeper engagement with the club and fellow fans.
