Leader in the Siemens corporate real estate organization with a global focus. Tasked with driving strategic initiatives, steering large, international special projects as well as real estate topics in corporate M&A activities, such as: • Built the foundation for cybersecurity (CYS) @ Siemens Real Estate (SRE) around People, Process & Technology by creating a new SRE CYS organization & awareness within the SRE community; standardizing & innovating on processes for a better & more consistent approach; & improving transparency & protection of SRE’s critical assets. • Rolled out mobile workplace app solution to 700 locations globally, defining the product vision & value proposition for Siemens employees, roadmap & roll-out strategy, & communications. Responsible for cross-departmental global team & reporting to the Siemens Board & management team. • Led the strategic business review for SRE management to integrate the real estate organization of a Siemens business unit into SRE. • Led the Real Estate workstream for the carve out & spin-off of the Siemens Energy division, comprised of 30 million sft of owned & leased office & industrial space across 90 countries.
