With over 30 years of experience in multinational environments, my career has been shaped by a dual commitment: operational excellence and the development of people. Having held senior roles in Data Governance, Project Management, and Change Management at global companies such as Galderma, Bacardi Martini, and Nestlé Skin Health, I have accumulated a deep understanding of how organisations work — and what leaders need to grow within them. For the past decade, I have been fully dedicated to coaching and learning & development. Certified as an ACC Coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with specialisations in Learning Coaching®, Mindful Coaching®, and Focusing, I have supported hundreds of individuals — from emerging professionals to senior executives — in unlocking their potential, navigating transitions, and developing their leadership identity. What distinguishes my approach is the bridge I build between real business experience and human development. I do not coach from theory — I coach from the inside of organisations. I am now seeking to bring this integrated expertise into a dedicated internal L&D or coaching role, where I can shape the development culture of an organisation that puts people at the heart of its strategy.
Running a parallel coaching practice alongside my corporate career, supporting business leaders, professionals in career transition, and private individuals in developing self-awareness, clarity, and purposeful action. • Completed 500+ hours of individual and group coaching with executives, managers, and emerging leaders across multiple industries. • Designed and delivered both individual and group coaching programmes, adapting approach to each client's context, learning style, and goals. • Mentored and supervised 50+ newly certified coaches through their early professional development. • Authored and published “How Coaching Works and When it can be Useful” • Created “Know Yourself” — an original card-based self-awareness tool designed for both individual coaching sessions and team development workshops. • Supported clients across a wide range of contexts: leadership development, career transitions, confidence building, team dynamics, and life design. • Conducted group coaching sessions with elite artistic swimmers within the Swiss Olympic project, supporting athletes in their personal growth, team cohesion, and mental performance.
Leading organisation-wide data governance activities while fostering a people-centred team culture grounded in coaching, knowledge sharing, and continuous development. • Built a centralised ticketing platform for over 1,000 users, simplifying data flow and cross-functional collaboration. • Designed and delivered a training programme in master data processes to 500+ colleagues across global functions. • Introduced peer coaching and knowledge-transfer practices within the team, supporting newcomers' onboarding and accelerating skill development. • Acted as an informal coach and mentor to team members navigating role transitions, performance challenges, and change initiatives. • Created KPI frameworks to help colleagues understand priorities and align their efforts with business objectives. • Built communication channels and strengthened relationships between the department and cross-functional stakeholders.
Managed 2 direct reports in developing and overseeing the Master Data life cycle, while training and coaching colleagues across the department. • Produced Data Analytics to deliver meaningful business insight and enhance decision-making and forecasting. • Led the digitalisation of business models, increasing efficiency and productivity. • Trained staff across the department in the implementation and utilisation of these solutions. • Oversaw all communications relating to Master Data.
In this dynamic and multi-faceted position, I played many roles and additionally led the Emergency Response Team. The primary purpose of this job was to manage a portfolio of Master Data projects and ensure their adherence to governance policies. • Designed and delivered and training within the department. • Provided support to over 700 internal customers. • Led development of all processes, tools and procedures.
Here I was responsible for the design, governance and implementation of the Global Master Data Strategy, and provided training programmes to my team and other functions. • Maintained and cleaned-up data. • Delivered training for the implementation of SAP. • Onboarded new employees onto the platform.
