Responsible for configuration management and Postholder EASA part21 of KLM fleet and of other operators, and deputy Chief Operating Officer of KLM Engineering & Maintenance. Main focus; development and issueing maintenance programs, reliability analyses, providing work instructions for maintenance staff, providing technical documentation, technical support for production and operations, development and implementation of major (cabin) modifications and repairs. Liaise and manage relations with Boeing and Airbus and manage Central Engineering Agency together with Air France Industries.
