The Performance Improvement (PI) service line is integrated in the EY Advisory practice and works with clients to address issues of importance to the C-level (CEO, COO, CFO). Started as Senior consultant in 2014, moved up to Manager in 2015. Participated in and led projects for various clients in business analysis, performance management, transformation and change projects.
Providing an independent and extensive opinion about the reliability and accuracy on financial data of organizations, both privately held as well as Financial Service Organizations. Started as Financial Auditor in 2010, moved up to Senior Financial Auditor in 2012. Main focus on companies active in the following subdivisions: Asset Management, Real Estate, Leasing and Banking.
