Top Bronnen is a well known supplier of beverages in Belgium and the Netherlands ( 95% of their revenue). Some exports to France and UK. They had an old system of accounting that was not linked with their production accounting tool. They wanted to have one system for both and the choice has been made for the DRINK-IT module within the ERP NAVISION ERP of Microsoft. Their has been a very deep screening of the possibilities versus the needs of Top bronnen and I was involved in the choice and the implementation of the program as well as the education and solutions creator for typical needs of the company.
Total analysis of the transporting issues within the company to be able to allocate timely and correctly transporttation costs to the sales by product and by customer. This is very important because off the very low margin on their products. Also the ceo of south Europe and South America asked me to adapt the reporting in Belgium to a more detailed level so that he should be able to compare more easily differnt countries over the same products. Also the correct allocation of fixed costs and some variables in the production have been audited for correct allocation.
