- Led recruiting teams including both managers and individual contributors. The teams based in Germany and Switzerland, had a focus on senior and niche technical roles - Country Recruiting Market Lead (Switzerland 5k+ employees). Responsible for country growth strategy, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives , immigration, work permits, and redeployment process for 250+ impacted employees. Partnered with senior leadership on all topics impacting Switzerland - European Lead for Core Recruiting (Product Area). Spearheaded the strategic expansion initiatives across Europe, whilst partnering with global leaders in US - Represented the TA organisation on the CH Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Working Group. We shaped and promoted inclusive hiring best practices, driving efforts to recruit diverse talent and foster a culture of inclusive excellence across the Swiss site - Selected as part of a small global Think-tank group to redesign the hiring process and create an entirely new hiring platform from scratch
- Led the Strategy Operations team, enabling the recruiting organisation by building strategic vision, data analysis, and demand and resource planning - Provided senior leadership with critical insights through analytical reporting and dashboards, to influence large scale workforce planning - Created the EMEA 2023 Talent Business Plan. This covered workforce planning, location assessment, risk analysis, and growth strategy for all European locations and business units (YouTube, Gmail, Search, Maps, Assistant, Core) - Led a team of 8 analysts
