As Client Services Manager, I am in charge of a team of three accountants. In charge of a portfolio of around 40 clients, they are holdings from the US and from Canada, mostly active in the energy sector, and part of international groups. I am in charge of the client management (kpi's follow up, invoicing, relationship management) and follow up of the deliveries (review of the monthly/quarterly reporting, review of annual accounts, Central bank of Luxembourg reporting, and proper filing), preparation of board meetings, incorporation of companies, etc... For some of these clients, I was also acting as manager/director and participating to various boards. The services provided were accounting, corporate services, management, and legal services.
In charge of the administration of the company. Main point of liaison between the General Manager of the Company and third parties such as accountants, banks and authorities. Preparation of accounting entries in order for the chartered accountant to do the proper filings.
