As of mid 2013 CIECH Soda Romania undertook a restructuring program, succeeded to reverse 8 year loss trend in 2014. That restructuring included a complete reshuffle of the business and organization with 30% personnel reduction. Development: from 2014 the company implemented an investments program increasing the production capacity in 2015 to +17% vs. 2013. In 2016 - 2017 another +10% production growth has been achieved by new investments. Sales in 2018 has grown 133% vs. 2013.
