An experienced Chair and Non-Exec Director across the labs to listings technology ecosystem. Co-founder and Managing Partner at IQC, a leading deep-tech venture capital firm based in Cambridge and London, managing $1bn AUM across seven funds. With 28 years of deep-tech VC experience across the UK and Europe, I specialise in defence, dual-use, cybersecurity, data infrastructure, neurotech, and regulatory technology with a focus on competitive intelligence, strategic marketing, GTM, ICP analysis, and product strategy. IQC invests at the earliest stages and scales with founders through our growth funds - currently deploying capital from Fund IV and Growth Fund II. Our initial investments start at seed and Series A, with capacity to invest up to £30m per company. Alongside my investment and governance roles, I’m privileged to contribute to the broader defence, innovation and policy ecosystem as a trusted government advisor.
