Responsible for the development and introduction of a new integrated management system for SBB Cargo.
Projectleader for the streams processes and businesscases within the Project I 2.0 (Infrastructure 2.0). Goals of the project are, building a process oriented organisation and process simplifications.
Task as a Project Leader: Implementing Lean Mangagement within the adminitration. Past Projects: Simplification of the Business from a customer and sales perspective.
- As a member of the executive board; leading the Finance-, Administration- and HR-departments - assure Accounting standards and hi quality in invoicing - establishing budget, reporting and planning - assure the compliance with the corporate governance (including the internal control system in compliance with Swiss law (OR 728) and a financial risk management) - responsible for treasury, claim management, tax, etc. - optimizing business processes
