Overall responsibility for the sales team and the sales results in Europe, Africa and Middle East.. He is securing the quality of the execution of the sales process, proposes the overall sales strategy and develops the sales team and organization; maintaining high level customer relationship and represents the company towards new and existing customers. TASKS: Monitor international developments with respect to competition, political environment and other developments in the energy market. Actively conclude sales, identify new customers, build relationships with customers and partners. Motivate, coach, support and guide the local sales structures. Establish alliance/partnerships. Determines the sales and marketing strategy for the region. Take care of project screening and base project risks assessment. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Responsible for managing the sales group in the region and accountable for achieving the order intake. He shall ensure the growth of the business and the relationship with customers in the region. Pro-actively monitor market development and inform the company as required on new developments in the region. Establish the long term and short-term sales forecast. Selection and hiring and development of the sales personnel in the region.
Responsible for Sales activities in Europe, Africa and Middle East
The position is accountable for the strategic direction of Customer Services sales, marketing , business development. The position has also complete responsibility of Expanded Services (Package retrofit, modifications and used equipment), including sales, engineering, project management and execution. Personnel supervised: Salaried: 15 Hourly: 5 Annual Revenue: 130 – 150 MUSD
