Working as part of the HP large format printing, Customer Experience & Design team. Leading the experience design, its development & the implementation of assigned programs. Working with different technologies (textiles digital printing dye sublimation, latex and DesignJet) and different markets. Main responsibilities: - Organize and lead research initiatives along the programs to discover insights, iterate prototypes and validate final products. - Design the product experience intent based on users’ key needs - Build end-to-end journeys to unlock potential opportunities and pains to address - Collaborate with the marketing team defining the business opportunity based on user research and competitor’s research - Collaborate with different design teams (Industrial Design, UI and Vx) to develop designs and prototypes according to the different stages of the programs - Collaborate and follow up with different cross-functional teams to ensure the new functionalities deliver the experiences as designed
