An amazing experience supporting one of the greatest European Parliamentarians and men I have had the good fortune to come across. The work experience included following legislative dossiers in the Environment and Culture Committees of the European Parliament, participating in meetings with lobbyists, defending amendments in the Socialist Working Group on plant protection products and dealing with irrate constituents on a wealth of environmental and animal welfare issues. Working with Phillip was so good I volunteered to spend two months with him in the 2004 European Parliamentary election campaign. His last and my first election campaign.
