I have worked extensively as a General Counsel in the telecoms sector across multiple countries, building up over this time additional experience in Boards and in Exco and Senior Management teams. For several years now, I have held non-executive Board and Chairman positions in non-listed companies resulting from recent active investment. Overall my personal speciality in these roles has focussed on the telecoms, IT and, more recently, agriculture sectors and especially on managing through strategic, tactical and organisational developments, driven by both internal and external dynamics and perception of medium and long term trends.
