Implemented the company’s first global sales LMS for all sales users, reducing sales onboarding time by about 20%. Launched a global sales and partner certification programme, raising technical expertise and consultative selling capabilities.
Owned EMEA marketing strategy and execution across all regional marketing and communication activities in close collaboration with sales and channel partners. Managed a €1.5M marketing budget and aligned campaigns to revenue growth, brand positioning and regional priorities. Developed the first comprehensive marketing packages for channel partners and distributors, improving channel activation and consistency. Expanded the marketing footprint by integrating Dutch, Spanish and Portuguese markets into the EMEA framework.
Owned sales, customer development and contract negotiations for multinational key accounts (Bosch, Siemens, Valeo, Flex) across Central and Eastern Europe, including full sales and budget planning. Delivered record annual sales of around €65M across the CEE region. Expanded key accounts by securing additional production sites (e.g., Bosch Bulgaria, Hella Kosovo, Continental Sibiu), generating significant incremental revenue.
