As the President of Christian Dior in the Americas, I lead the business, brand and operations of one of the most iconic fashion and couture houses in the world. With 20 years of experience in the consumer and luxury sectors, I have a proven track record of building standout brands that reinvent the client experience and deliver exceptional results. I am passionate about leading growth through people: creating a culture of excellence, diversity and belonging and enabling the next generation of leaders to connect with their potential. I have been recognized by WWD as Brand Builder of the Year in 2022 for my role in transforming Dior's North America footprint, and in 2023 as Category Builder, Fragrances, for category-redefining growth strategies. I have Board experience, both as a Non Exec Director at Lick Home and as a member of the CEW Board. Previously, I held executive positions at Charlotte Tilbury and Burberry, where I navigated them through periods of hyper growth. I worked on the sale of Charlotte Tilbury to Puig in 2020. My background is as a senior management consultant focused on growth strategies in the consumer & pharmaceuticals space. I hold a First Class MAHons in Modern History from the University of Oxford, Christ Church college.
