At Comma, the brand strategy agency I have been running with love and pride for over 20 years, I help organisations and growing companies become stronger and more relevant in their market. As Comma’s founding mother, I really enjoy coaching our young brand marketers. I love to keep expanding an agency that combines strategy and creativity with measurable results and respect for sustainability, with our B Corporation certification as the ultimate evidence! I also apply my expertise in additional roles as Managing Director of the international network Tribe Global and Marketing Director of HR partner Group Daenens. All these roles allow me to combine my innate entrepreneurial spirit, strategic focus and innovative approach to help organisations and brands grow in a forward-thinking way. For instance, I guided inspiring growth maps for Stanwick, Fednot, Scholengroep Impact and many others. At the same time, I am actively involved as a board member in various social and humanitarian initiatives, both locally and internationally. For instance, through Exchange, we have been leveraging our expertise to empower African entrepreneurs in Mawali and Tanzania. By helping companies such as Satemwa, Alinafe, Chassol and Smartcore refine their business plans, marketing strategies and implementation, we create sustainable and social impact. As a seasoned marketer, entrepreneur and director, I enjoy listening and acting as a sounding board and sparring partner for anyone who is looking to move forward.
