Reporting to the COO and Executive Committee, I have been managing the sports department towards a team of a Licensing manager, Event Manger, Competition manager and Technical manager. The Sports department has been responsible for the organization of various World Championships in Milan, Italy, Baku, Azerbaijan, Bridgetown Barbados and the support & preparations of the Commonwealth Games, Asian Games, London Olympic Games and the AIBA congress in Kazakhstan. This department also implemented the Technical & Competition rules, R&J management, Coaches management, TV rights distribution and the implementation of the new scoring system as well as the development of a Events Operational Manual for National Federations including the host city agreements and bidding procedures.
