As a C-Level executive and board director, I’ve built a diverse career across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors in both Australia and the United States, with roles spanning financial services, healthcare, community services, and consulting. My unique value proposition is my ability to go into complex environments, understand and break down that complexity, and mobilise teams to deliver sustainable solutions. This skill is highly transferrable and industry agnostic. Here are a few highlights: • At Lort Smith Animal Hospital, I led an end to end business turnaround, identifying new revenue opportunities and driving efficiency and effectiveness. Under my leadership, my team implemented significant clinical and customer service change, opened a new business that was cash flow positive in 18 months, reduced bad debts by 90%, and delivered a $33M redevelopment program, doubling capacity. • At Baptcare, I led a transformation of the corporate strategy from property development to community service delivery. This involved mobilising a $20M transformation program to support a new service-based business with an alternative workforce model. Under my leadership, our team also won $120M in tenders for affordable housing, effectively quadrupling the portfolio. • At ANZ, I managed the Group change portfolio of 200+ programs and $2.1B of annual CAPEX, to deliver new platform and product developments. This role reported directly to the ANZ Board. I also developed a Group Projects function, achieving improved allocation of capital and $300M of savings. My team also won Board approval to implement our global "Hubs" strategy, implementing "follow the sun" service capability into new parts of ANZ's expanded business.
