Responsible for the implementation of the industry-leading roadmap for the Transport SW of our DSL vectoring product. - Management and organization of the project initiation - Budgeting and overall project planning - Progress and quality tracking and coordination with the teams in an Agile environment Supported Area Product Owner, taking ownership of: - Gathering ideas and feedbacks from R&D teams, clients and other PMs - Building the feature roadmap to bring the technology to the market - Driving its implementation with the Scrum teams.
managing the DSL physical layer team (25+ engineers)/Transport Software area (40+ engineers) to ensure the development of on-board people & team competences through : - having the right people at the right place & nurturing their talents/career evolution - developing & implementing a long-term strategic plan for the department (competence evolution, operational improvments…) - world-wide competence management through active collaboration with other R&D centers (Canada, India) Within Fixed Access R&D, the department is working on leading-industry DSL technology developments for the Alcatel-Lucent ISAM product family
