• Sales lead in Europe: electrolyzer systems for green hydrogen and EPC, using renewable and fossil fuel energy sources; • Foster and sustain robust relationships with key customers. • Identify new market opportunities and devise strategies to penetrate and expand into new markets. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage. • Develop and maintain sales budgets, forecasts, and reports to monitor performance and provide insights to senior management.
• Align the organization’s objectives with firm regional business strategy through active participation in commercial development, forecasting, resource planning and budgeting. • Converting opportunities into incremental sales; networking at a senior level (C-level and owners) across stakeholders. • Wind Power Plants projects contracts negotiations, signing off; commercial performance, incl. coordination with customers. • Lead the new markets entry processes across the region, including working with technical authorities. • Building a skilled commercial team, that meets both customers’ expectations and internal stakeholders’ management.
• Emerging countries sales leadership role within various company businesses: team management, KAM, BD, marketing, P&L. • New and existing niches development in emerging markets: energy, industrial, infrastructure, O&G. • Develop and maintain relationships with government & political stakeholders, strategic accounts. • Technical support processes, including relationships with local and international authorities. • Building a skilled commercial team, that meets both customers’ expectations and company internal leadership spirit.
