I am convinced that the future of healthcare will be created at the intersection of excellent care, digital transformation and cross-sector collaboration. As a former hospital director and current senior manager in consulting, I have over 20 years of experience in leadership, strategy development and business transformation - from university institutions to cantonal hospitals and national projects. My focus is on sustainable impact: I guide organisations into the digital future, improve processes end-to-end and develop sustainable care models - with a deep understanding of tariff systems, governance structures and regulatory realities. I am currently writing my dissertation on the role of digital business models in integrated care (Doctor of Business Administration, due 2025). I am specifically looking for opportunities where I can contribute my experience and passion for system design, transformation and leadership - be it in executive roles, advisory boards, teaching or innovative healthcare initiatives.
