- Lead the Learning Analytics Team - Drive and improve Learning Analytics at Global ASML Manufacturing Academies: Data quality, dashboarding and KPI, review cycles. Special focus on reducing Time-to-Competence for new hires in our Factories. - Integration of our Skilled Training Centers, both physically and process-wise; drive optimization and utilization in close cooperation with our other Academies, CRE and Finance. - Own the Resource Management processes for the Academy (Demand/Supply cycle, Norm Review, TAP, LTCP) - Drive and improve Business Process Management for the Global MFA's

- Responsible for the EF System Install Coordinators department (54 FTE). - The mission of EF System Install is to flawlessly install EUV tools worldwide at the utmost possible quality and satisfying customer needs by ensuring Safety, reducing CT and Cost and preparing for the future. The System Install Coordinator teams are responsible to coordinate the installation of EUV tools in our customers factories. We do this in close cooperation with our System Install Engineers and our local Customer Support colleagues.
Role as Logistics Engineer in the Projects + Processes Team. Several projects including setting up new processes and warehouse selection.
- Implementing the Cristal WMS system at Birkart branches across Europe. Analyzing logistic processes, setting up the WMS, training people and aftercare. Since 1st July 2008 Birkart Globistics was re-branded in Logwin Air + Ocean
- Implementations of new customers/new businesses: Translation between Operations and IT-systems. - Setting up processes, warehouse lay-out, training people and trouble shooting. - Analyse and optimize logistic processes.
- Monitoring in- and outbound processes. - Leading the Logistics Control Admins (7 FTE) and responsible for daily goods flow within Logistics. - Setup and implement process improvements. - Take up and solve escalated issues.
Responsible for in- and outbound shipments. Overland transportation Project: Implementing new transportation system, control of transportation in own hands instead of boarding out.
