I have over 30 years of communications experience and renowned crisis and issues management specialist. Responsible for Global Corporate Communications at MSC Cruises. My focus is on promoting and delivering impactful communication that delivers our core messages of innovation and technology with a strong focus on sustainability. In addition I lead the reputation function of the business across all our global operations. This responsibility builds on my decade spent leading the Edelman EMEA Issues Practice, where I advised global boards on a wide variety of issues, including global restructuring, internal governance and behavioural issues, redundancies, product recalls, major crimes, data breaches, food contamination, malicious hacking, industrial accidents and fatalities, high profile closures, litigation support and media and regulatory investigations across the globe.
