About

Procurement leader with 25+ years of experience building, transforming, and scaling world-class procurement functions, from strategy to execution. I specialise in turning procurement from a transactional function into a strategic driver of business value. My track record spans organisations managing up to $ 3B in spend and 280-person teams, delivering measurable results across cost, compliance, sustainability, and process excellence. At Givaudan, I held two senior leadership mandates. Most recently as Head of Procurement & Sustainability Excellence, I drove a full-scale transformation across simplification, digitalisation, best practices, and controls managing a CHF 9M budget and achieving a 20% FTE reduction through smarter delivery models. Prior to that, as GBS Solution Owner for Source-to-Pay, I built the function from the ground up, establishing delivery centres in Budapest, Buenos Aires, and Kuala Lumpur, processing 400K+ transactions annually across S2P, Accounts Payable, and Helpdesk; consistently hitting >92% OTIF. Beyond Givaudan, I bring broad international experience across industries including Philip Morris International and others, covering the full procurement and supply chain spectrum. My core expertise includes: • Category management across direct and indirect spend • Procure-to-Pay transformation (SAP, SRM, Ariba, Jaggaer) • Scope 3 & supplier sustainability programmes (TfS – Together for Sustainability) • GBS / Shared Services design and leadership • Building and developing high-performing global teams I combine strong analytical thinking with hands-on leadership — always focused on the next level of performance, not just maintaining the status quo. 📍 Based in Switzerland | French national, C permit | Fluent in French, English & German | Conversational Spanish #CPO #VPProcurement #ProcurementTransformation
