For over 30 years, I’ve been passionate about one thing: people. That’s why I dedicated my career to HR, with a special focus on compensation & benefits. I’ve designed strategies, systems, and processes that motivate people, strengthen culture, and boost performance – helping organizations thrive long term. One key insight I’ve gained? Data builds trust. When pay decisions are grounded in facts and evidence, they’re not just accepted – they’re supported. Yet, too often, valuable insights remain hidden in fragmented or outdated systems. As Jurgen Apello put it, “Rewards are the trickiest and least understood tools in management.” I couldn’t agree more.
