Innovation Lead in cooperation with Euroclear's strategic Partners Cap Gemini, Microsoft and IBM Co-created Proof of Concepts within Euroclear Group around Cloud, AI, Robotic, Blockchain, … Implemented the UIPath Robotic Framework with outsourced development in India and Poland. Streamline Project Budget process to ease data collection and project reporting to increase transparency and value for clients. Rolled-out Waterfall and scrum development methodology within Euroclear Group
• Responsible for a multidisciplinary team of 12 people covering various aspects such as Methodology, Process engineering, Project Support (operational support to project stakeholders (e.g. Project creation, Time tracking, projects reporting, performance analysis, …) and Knowledge Management. Coverage all IT divisions. • Whilst providing operational support to project we were heavily involved in the Agile transformation journey. • Prepare our Process Library to O365 (e.g. Promote usage of BPMN for all processes, including embedding of security aspects and IT controls). • Leveraging our Project Datawarehouse to become the single source of truth for project reporting. • Re-engineer current processes to become automated/outsourced. • Provide strong support to AGILE Centre of Excellence and capturing practices and processes • Lead the vision for the Knowledge Managements
• Setup and promote Innovation framework within the group (join effort with Cap Gemini and Euroclear) and collect Innovative ideas from the field and promote them to the Innovation SteerCo to create the first MVP. • Lead internal cross functional teams and manage external partners for innovation. (e.g. Drive the mobile framework strategy to a maturity level. • Management of over 30 innovations and renovations in the pipeline • Organise Innovation workshops twice a year with Capgemini (e.g. Robotic, AI, Data strategy, Bock Chain…) to raise wider awareness inside Euroclear.
• Responsible of a multidisciplinary team of 8 people covering various aspects such as Methodology, Continuous Improvement, Expertise Management & Communication. • Apply the Design and Build organization principles (be as close as possible to the field-know your customers) to other development skills (Business Analysts, Testers, Process Owners) • Setup of the Knowledge Management governance • Communicate over Knowledge Management in organizing campaigns cross locations.
• Promote Design and Build processes by creating dedicated communities. • Ensure regular touch point on the field (all locations) to collect and share improvements and good practices. • Ensure proper Change Management when process updates. • Explain processes to Audit and regulators. • Liaise with the first line of defence (QA) • Train and coach newcomers • Rework our old-fashioned Methodology website to bring a better end user experience (V2.0).
• Promote Euroclear France Designer tool usage (Mega-> Hopex) in contributing and in writing guidelines and in giving trainings and ad-hoc coaching to designers mainly in London and Brussels. • Define, collect and update designing rules and guidelines leading to design quality increase. • Provide requirements to Mega tooling team to provide automated quality feedback sooner in the design process • Provide training and coaching to newcomers and experimented designers. • Collect feedback from the users to improve the processes and the guidelines
