- Lead a team of 28 people, spread globally, with 11 direct reports (1 Cluster Controller Germany, 9 plant controllers and 1 Master Data Manager), overseeing all the financial reporting of the 25 Engineered Foam plants and all Master Data related matters and projects. - As the business partner to the Operations VP’s and plant managers, I organized and coordinate the monthly Operations reporting and make reporting to board and C-level. - Define and execute the reporting needs, KPI’s and reporting roadmap. - Integrate and align the reporting to the requirements of Carpenter who acquired our business - Played a key role in the due-diligence and carve-out exercise in preparation and the aftermath of the acquisition by Carpenter.
- Lead a team of 28 people, spread globally, with 11 direct reports (1 Cluster Controller Germany, 9 plant controllers and 1 Master Data Manager), overseeing all the financial reporting of the 25 Engineered Foam plants and all Master Data related matters and projects. - As the business partner to the Operations Director and plant managers, I organize and coordinate the monthly Operations reporting and make reporting to board and C-level. - Define and execute the reporting needs, KPI’s and reporting roadmap. - Integrated and aligned the reporting after the Foampartner acquisition in 2021. - Co-defining the scope and direction of the Costing project, with the aim to increase costing accuracy and improve insights in product and customer profitability. Project currently put on hold due to M&A and integration activities. - Organize and coordinate the Operations Budget process and its consolidation.
