Most leadership performance problems don’t start with capability. They start when leaders quietly begin carrying more of the system than they should. Under pressure, capable leaders step in, compensate, and absorb load — to keep things moving, protect their teams, and meet expectations. Over time, that stress response becomes normalised. The leader becomes the bottleneck, the shock absorber, and eventually the point of failure. I coach leaders to recognise when this is happening — and to respond with design rather than heroics. My work sits at the intersection of individual leadership and organisational systems. We work on how you show up under pressure — physiologically, emotionally, and in terms of identity — and on how leadership, accountability, and decision-making are structured around you. The goal isn’t less challenge. It’s leadership that remains coherent as complexity increases. I work primarily with leaders navigating growth, transition, and sustained demand — especially where the organisation is becoming more complex than the leadership habits that built it. My background combines electronic systems engineering, commercial leadership in global organisations, and accredited coaching in leadership, health, and systemic change. This allows me to work with pressure, energy, and performance as system properties — not personal failure. Coaching with me means learning to hold pressure without absorbing it, and redesigning the system so it carries its share of the load. I coach in English and German.
