My name is Alexander Zwart, Chief Innovation & Technology Officer (CITO) and member of the Managing Board at Rabobank. I also serve on the Supervisory Board of Hef Wonen. Over the past 25+ years, I’ve built a diverse career across fast-moving consumer goods, energy, and banking—leading initiatives in strategy, sales, product management, IT, and operations. I’ve helped launch an energy company in Belgium and Germany, and co-led Rabobank’s global agile transformation. These experiences have shaped my belief that most people act with good intent, and that behavior is deeply influenced by context. I’m passionate about uncovering the situational forces within organizations that drive undesirable behavior—and transforming them to foster cultures where desired behaviors can thrive.

Co-leading the global Agile@Scale transition at Rabobank, called Simplify@Scale. This transition encompasses both organizational restructuring as well as embedding the new way of working at all levels of the organization.
