Responsibility for defining and successfully executing market key imperatives that are aligned with European and local training & technical service needs Leader of technical service and training associates of market, reporting to Director of Technical Service and Training, Europe Leader of the development and deployment of the training for all sales roles. In collaboration with Sales Leaders, identification of skill and competency gaps and definition of training priorities to overcome gaps Communication Leader to Field Sales and Corporate Accounts in Country Cluster in regard to expert product advice, technical training, in-field problem resolution, critical local endorsements and documentation on Institutional products and dispensing equipment Member of the country (-cluster) leadership team, local collaboration with marketing, sales support, technical team, etc. Owner of field testing for Institutional Europe R&D Innovations using the global field test methodology including assigning of members for innovation project teams Collaboration with Marketing for Innovation launches and implementation in the market through all sales roles, through pre-launch familiarization trials, post-launch refresher training and in-field support Owner of market intelligence practice and documentation of through Voice of Customer, knowledge of local customer habits and practices, and communication with R&D and Marketing to identify market gaps and define new innovation offers Regular alignment with R&D and marketing on new market developments Responsibility for safety during travel and during on-site customer activities
