About

Global CEO & CMO with 30 years track record of driving sustainable growth, building iconic brands, and leading high-performing teams across Luxury and FMCG — with deep, hands-on expertise in Wines & Spirits. As part of the Executive Team at Campari Group, I help scale the future of a world-class portfolio that includes Aperol, Campari, Courvoisier, Grand Marnier, Espolon, The Glen Grant, Wild Turkey, and Appleton Estate. My responsibilities include: • leadership of Houses of Brands, through four Managing Directors accountable for global P&Ls and end-to-end business performance; • oversight of global marketing, A&P investments, centers of excellence and capability; • portfolio strategy and innovation; • Global Travel Retail — a key engine for value creation. Earlier in my career, I served as CEO of Glenmorangie and CMO of Hennessy, two iconic Maisons where I learned how to honor heritage while building for the future, delivering strong equity and financial impact. Fluent in both the culture of luxury and the discipline of performance, I’ve lived and led across Paris, London, Milan, New York, Edinburgh, and Copenhagen, and built very close ties with key markets including China, the US, Travel Retail and Private Sales. Across every role, my approach remains constant: deliver excellence today while building long-term value with clarity, creativity, momentum and heart.
