Over the past 20 years, I've built, restructured, acquired, and sometimes turned around organizations, mostly in digital, IT services, and FMCG. My background is operational, not advisory. I co-founded a digital holding that grew to 7 entities, managed 7 acquisitions and their integrations, and scaled divisions from 2 to 75 people, all while sitting on several boards and teaching business strategy at master's level. That hands-on path shaped what I do today. I work with leadership teams and boards on the things that quietly slow organizations down: governance that hasn't kept pace with growth, KPI systems that don't measure what actually matters, processes that have stopped scaling, executive teams pulling in different directions on priorities. I'm most useful at inflection points: post-acquisition, rapid scaling, or when leadership senses that the structure that got them here won't carry them to the next stage. I bring pattern recognition built across sectors, plus the operational discipline of someone who has run a P&L, led integrations, restructured teams, and built performance reporting from scratch. I also work extensively with AI, not as a trend but as a daily operational tool. I know what it does well, where it falls short, and how to make it useful in real business settings.
