Group Chief Information Officer, I led technology across Citi's five businesses—Markets, Services, Banking, Wealth and Consumer—helping drive the firm's cloud, data and AI agenda while overseeing technology transformation across a global organisation operating in more than 90 countries.
Co-led Citi's global technology organisation and technology strategy. Responsible for technology across the firm's Markets, Services and Banking businesses, as well as enterprise Functions technology including Risk, Finance, Compliance, Human Resources and Operations. Oversaw the Chief Technology Office (CTO) organisation, including engineering, architecture, developer platforms, cloud, infrastructure, production operations and technology modernisation initiatives. Co-led Citi's enterprise Data, AI and Infrastructure organisations, driving the firm's data strategy, cloud transformation, AI adoption and large-scale technology simplification efforts. Led a global organisation of engineers, architects and technology professionals supporting critical financial infrastructure, regulatory commitments and business growth across more than 90 countries.
