There is a moment — when something genuinely new and complex arrives in the world — where most people hesitate. I have spent 30 years embracing that moment. In 1996 at Henkel I built one of the first ecommerce projects worldwide, years before anyone called it ecommerce. In 1999 I joined LetsBuyIt as employee number two and turned collective buying power into a cultural phenomenon through one creative idea: an ant. Because ants understand collective intelligence better than any human. Within six months LetsBuyIt was the second best-known internet brand in Germany and a European Effie followed. In Poland, facing a national law that banned wine advertising entirely, I created the first wine TV campaign in the country's history — a female song competition built around the Carlo Rossi brand name. The brand became the colloquial Polish word for wine, reached 7% of the national market at twice the category average price, and forced the government to rewrite the law. In 2013 I co-founded SwissMine and built the first crypto ATMs in Europe. They are now in the Swiss Money Museum. Each story has the same shape: something new, complex and unfamiliar, a brief that seemed impossible, and a creative or strategic leap that made people understand and want it anyway. For the past 13 years I have applied that instinct and rigour to crypto and Web3 — through The Relevance House, the agency I co-founded that grew to 16 people and 50+ blockchain clients, and most recently as CMO of Bitcoin Suisse, where a full brand repositioning delivered measurable growth across organic reach, purchase intent, and business performance. I am a creative strategist who also builds and runs the machine. C-level experience, serial founder, and I can sell. I think in creative ideas as readily as in frameworks — including the Brand Landscape Series, the first quantitative brand benchmarking programme across the world's largest crypto exchanges, Layer 1 protocols, and European financial services providers.
