• Drove overall event strategy, design and execution of AnitaB.org’s flagship event, the Grace Hopper Celebration (US, India and EMEA - both virtually and in-person). • Oversaw the event design with vendors and external partners, to deliver high-quality event to AnitaB.org’s audiences. • Overall project and budget management.
• Design and execute a global field marketing strategy to generate and accelerate pipeline - working closely with sales, demand gen, channel marketing and customer success teams to develop field marketing strategy that is aligned with the company’s goals. • Responsible for event programs planning, budget, reporting and logistics for Tier 1-3 Events in US, Canada and Europe. • Measure ROI for all activities and analyze the sales funnel to identify areas for continual improvement.
