  • Engineer Development & Design Testing Machines at Walter + Bai AG
    Oct 1993 - Jun 1998 · 4 yrs 9 mos

From October 1993 until June 1998, I was in charge of developing a new family of testing machines. I was also in charge of optimizing old testing machines and, using AutoCAD, of developing high-pressure testing machines for Common Rail System injection pipes. During my time at Walter&Bai I was able to take a hands-on approach to mechanical engineering and automation. As it was a small company, I could lend a hand anywhere, including during the installation of machines I had developed, which was always very instructive. Link: http://www.walterbai.com/
