Global Operating Model Redesign – At Medela, delivered CHF 11 M in structural savings and 7.5 % COGS reduction through HQ consolidation, S/4HANA implementation, and functional streamlining. Strategic Planning – At J&J, directed $2B divisional strategic planning to align logistics operations cost and customer objectives. Cross-Regional Leadership – At Medtronic, Led regional and global service hubs and established a medically staffed center in the Philippines serving US, UK, and APAC. Reduced costs by 8%.
