About

My career has developed across four arcs that now come together in my role as Partner for Benelux & Nordics at HTP Group, working across executive search, leadership advisory, transformation and Enterprise AI, including the AI Readiness Diagnostic. I support organisations in strengthening leadership capability, helping CEOs and leadership teams surface alignment gaps, decision bottlenecks and readiness for change in strategy, leadership and AI adoption. The first arc was entrepreneurial. I built and led an industrial automation company in France, leading it through turnaround, growth and acquisition by a multinational. It shaped my approach to leadership, operational discipline and value creation. The second arc was advisory. I worked in high-end consulting across Europe with senior leadership teams from European, US & Asian organisations. These years deepened my expertise in organisational transformation, leadership strategy, capability building and senior talent decisions. I was often asked to assess leadership dynamics and organisational bottlenecks, translating observation and dialogue into practical recommendations. The third arc was corporate. I spent ten years in a senior executive role in a global Fortune 500 organisation leading transformation, leadership development, organisational design and operating model evolution, M&A integration and people-centred change. This added governance, enterprise scale and hands-on transformation execution to my repertoire. The fourth arc begins at HTP Group. I focus on executive search and leadership capability solutions, helping clients strengthen leadership teams and build resilient organisations across Benelux & Nordics. Our work starts with deep understanding of the industries and business contexts in which clients operate. From there we combine executive search methodology, leadership dialogue and organisational insight with psychometric perspectives including the Birkman Method. As a Certified Birkman Professional, I use it to support leadership development, onboarding after senior appointments and high-performing leadership teams. I also serve privately as a NED and as associate faculty, speaker and moderator on leadership, transformation and governance. These roles reinforce my perspective on stewardship, decision quality and talent strategy. I work with boards, CEOs and senior leaders across executive search, leadership consulting, transformation, team effectiveness and CEO advisory on leadership alignment and AI readiness, and work in Dutch, English and French across Europe.
