About

I embrace my job with passion in order to excel at what I do. I am truly convinced that leading by example is the only way to influence and inspire others. I believe in mentoring and sharing my knowledge. There is hardly a more gratifying experience than seeing someone grow in his/her career with the contribution of my assistance and guidance; and simultaneously there is something new I can learn every day. As a very extroverted person, I love meeting customers, talking at events, and I feel very comfortable representing my company particularly to the press and the media. Nonetheless, I never overlook that being a good listener is a critical aspect of leadership and effective communicating. I always try to make sure people around me have the opportunity to share their opinion and point of view. I bring depth of experience to teamwork, both as a team member and in a team leadership role. Equally, I am very adept at defining my own work and achieving these goals and targets. My career aspirations embrace a leadership role of responsibility and influence, where my expertise and experience can be best optimised and make a real difference for both my company and colleagues. I wish to enter a role that offers innovative opportunities for me to make a valuable difference to society by improving everybody's quality of life.
