Putting together the vision of using new technologies to create business value and transforming industries has been the main topic of the last 30 years of my business life. Having worked in Switzerland, United States Singapore, CIS and Poland I have successfully managed complex and strategic transactions in pharmaceutical, FMCG and media industries. In my life I’m very passionate about the things that I do. This drives me to explore new grounds and look for new business opportunities. I believe partnerships accelerate growth on both sides, so I’m a strong ambassador of cooperation. I am also constantly challenging my teams with new concepts and scenarios, assessing opportunities and risks in a long-term perspective. Being raised in Switzerland I had a chance to learn and test my skills while serving in the army. We were led by example with core values: discipline, loyalty and dedication. It is there that I found my passion for people and leadership, knowing that I can only ask others what I can ask of myself. Today I bring together the ideal combination of Swiss reliability with the Polish way of challenging and finding a new, better way. I always try to use the constant change to bring the best out of people and prove that with dedication we can all achieve more.
