In charge of the follow-up and the realization of interior fittings projects in close collaboration with customers, subcontractors & all other stakeholders : ✔ Design phase follow-up according to customer needs & technical feasibility ; ✔ Tenders & suppliers selection (analysis & negotiation) ; ✔ Budget management & ensure the profitability of the project ; ✔ Administration (realization of purchase orders, billing) ; ✔ Planning follow-up & supervision of the project stages ; ✔ Coordination & monitoring of the various partners on site & focus on security aspects ; ✔ Realization of the various deliverables (meeting minutes, states of progress, etc.) ; ✔ Ensure delivery of the project on time and with the quality expected by the client ; ✔ Organization & management of the works acceptances (Software AproPlan); ✔ Realization of the AS-Built files & ensure the after-sales service.
(External service provider at Siemens S.A.) Project Management : Management & follow-up of interior fittings projects (meeting room, training area, offices, etc.) & exterior renovation (industrial fencing, sunscreens, etc.) : ✔ Realization & management of budget and planning ; ✔ Tenders & suppliers selection ; ✔ Administration & financial follow-up (PO, etc.) ; ✔ Coordination & monitoring of various partners on site & focus on security aspects. Facility & Move Management : ✔ Management & administration of a ticketing tool, "Proxyclick" ; ✔ Management of internal moves on the different sites (Brussels) ; ✔ Management of furniture stocks.
Support to the Real Estate and Facility Team. Support to the project Managers for follow-up project with the customers, budget realization, planification, administrative work, meetings, supervizion of the contractors on site and suppliers, etc.
