Craig is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in surveying, engineering, and managing residential and commercial properties in the UK and Dubai. He holds a RERA certification and a degree in engineering, and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality results for his clients and his organisation. As the Managing Director of One Broker Group, Craig oversees more than 220 employees and leads the strategic vision and growth of the company. He also runs OBG Interiors and Rich Stay Holiday Homes a successful venture that provides premium short-term rental services in Dubai. Craig has a passion for new business development, appraisal, and leasing, and is well-known for his punctuality, sales drive, and dynamic capability. He is always ready to go the extra mile and exceed expectations in his field of expertise.
After the biggest merger in real estate history within the UAE Craig has now taken role as Managing Director of One Broker Group, with over 175 employees based in Dubai.
Continuing on his journey, With the expansion plans of the company going in full swing taking the CEOs into the UK and Sweden, Craig became Managing Partner at Lannhill Real Estate and the Head of all Middle East Operations. Going from strength to strength selling exclusive projects it was time to take the next step again. Behind the scenes a special alliance was forming with other top companies and their CEOs . This was the beginning of One Broker Group
In July 2015 Craig had taken over as Managing Director at Lannhill Real Estate in Dubai and was now over seeing more than 50 employees. Working along side the company CEO's he looked to exceed expectations when it comes to growing the Business even further and had big plans for the future of Lannhill Real Estate in Dubai and Oversees.
Within 2 years from joining the company in Dubai Craig was promoted to Downtown District Manager position successfully running a team of up to 12 Sales and Leasing agents at a time. Leading on to becoming one of the Top performing Managers in the company.
