Serving as a senior fullstack engineer consulting for one of the Big Four, where I'm helping build an AI-powered auditing platform from the ground up. My role spans the full lifecycle — I work directly with stakeholders to define business requirements, architect solutions, implement features end to end, set up CI/CD pipelines, manage deployments, and own production monitoring. I also mentor engineers on the team, helping them grow technically while keeping delivery on track. 1. Led the initiative to extend the product's capabilities by designing and implementing an end-to-end online payment feature, seamlessly integrated with Future Family's LMS system. This enhancement eliminated the need for phone-based transactions, streamlining the loan payment process. It empowered customers to view their transaction history and make payments from their dashboard, significantly improving operational efficiency and user experience. 2. Collaborated closely with the product manager and UX designer to expand Future Family's offerings, introducing a versatile Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) feature with various payment terms. This strategic initiative not only diversified our product suite but also reinforced Future Family's competitive edge in the market, demonstrating innovation and responsiveness to market needs. 3. Actively contributed to the development and successful launch of a new web application for IVF clinics. Despite a tight deadline, as part of an Agile team working in two-week sprints I collaborated closely with the UI team lead, UX designer, project manager, and backend engineers on determining the application's features, technology stack selection & setup, UX design, backend integration and API design. Our efficient and timely delivery underlined the team's commitment to meeting project timelines while ensuring high-quality and user-centric results. 4. Maintained and updated both the customer-facing and internal admin applications at Future Family. My responsibilities included ensuring their reliable performance and implementing regular updates. This essential involvement was instrumental in maintaining system integrity, contributing significantly to user satisfaction and operational effectiveness, and demonstrating commitment to the quality and functionality of our digital resources.
1. Played a pivotal role in the design, architecture, and successful delivery of API gateways and micro-web applications at Project44. This collaborative effort involved working closely with very talented frontend & backend engineers, UX designers, project managers, and business stakeholders, showcasing our progress through bi-weekly demos. The project enhanced connectivity between shippers and carriers, provided shippers with greater network visibility, and streamlined the carrier onboarding process. These advancements significantly improved operational efficiency and the user experience on Project44's platform. 2. In my role as a Senior Engineer at Project44, I co-managed the development team with Staff Engineer Sujay Patel, setting project timelines and ensuring efficient resource allocation. A key aspect of my leadership was guiding and mentoring junior engineers, providing them with the support and knowledge they needed to complete their tasks successfully. This mentorship not only facilitated their professional growth but also contributed to the streamlined and effective implementation of various projects. 3.
