About

A career that startet on the operational side of a chemical company, developing a decade of hands‑on experience in chemical production processes. After this foundation, a transition was made to industrial building management within the chemical sector. Over more than ten years, expertise was built in industrial facility management, site master planning, building assessments, technical due diligence, KPI benchmarking, and geo‑coordinate‑based management processes. A Geographic Information System (GIS) was used as a strategic tool for global information management and site development, enabling the connection between asset assessments, cost management, and long‑term development planning across international locations. Currently responsible for all service buildings on a major chemical site, as well as the management of road infrastructure and designated development areas, further strengthening the link between operational needs, asset performance, and strategic site evolution.
