In this role I had to use a number of computer applications to relay information to the customer in regards to various aspects of their store card and credit card accounts. I had various targets and I was encouraged to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. If I was unable to resolve any issues at the time of the call, I also took ownership of the issue and ensured that it was resolved as quickly as possible. I had performed this role in a number of different departments within GE during my time at the company, keeping up with new systems, as well as changes to internal processes, and industry regulations relating to the different types of accounts.
