Deputy Chief Engineer for industrial constructions and industrial process developement CAPEX and general investments
Management ad coordination of Construction Projects portfolio for specific Clients, in the public governative and private sectors, namely public infrastructures or complex industrial realizations, as Data Centers and related domains (civil, structural, mechanical, industrial, electrical), as Owner's representative. The role includes the coordination of all projects for the Client during design and construction phases, general and detailed scheduling, cost assessment and control, financial management and, throughout the project lifecycle, quality and commissioning coordination and follow-up with daily interaction with clients, contractors, Client's stakeholders, through the management of internal and external executive teams (project managers, construction managers, EHS, site specialists, documental control, BIM teams).
In direct contact with the company's CEO, I am in charge of the strategic approach and development of all supply, installation and maintenance Services in the field of crane track solutions on a worldwide scale (North and Sout America, Europe, ME and Far East Asia); the role includes the review and renewal of all existing practices concerning Project, Contract and Installation Management, the creation of all needed internal procedures, the review of the existing ERP management tools and guidelines at all levels (Sales, Purchase, Production, Logistics and Installation); Part of the responsibilities is the monitoring of current project KPIs on offers, orders, revenues, profitability and margin protection, on a regional and global scale, the development of new Services segments on both products and Level Agreements with Clients, with close cooperation with the Financial Dept. and Marketing Dept.. I am also in charge of the Internal Auditing for the entire industrial process for Central Western Europe Branch, for the annual check of all process phases (Sales, Purchase, Administration, Production & Logistics).
